Viewing Recordings

The session recording viewer provides a comprehensive replay experience to understand user behavior.

Playback Controls

Navigate recordings with intuitive controls:

  • Play/Pause: Control playback

  • Speed Control: Adjust playback speed (0.5x to 4x)

  • Skip Inactivity: Automatically skip periods of user inactivity

  • Jump to Event: Navigate directly to specific interactions

  • Timeline Scrubbing: Quickly move to any point in the recording

Visual Context

Get complete context for each session:

  • User Information: Basic anonymous demographics and device info

  • Page Information: URL, title, and referrer for each page in the session

  • Technical Details: Browser, OS, screen size, and connection speed

  • Session Duration: Total time and time on each page

  • Recording Quality: Indicator of recording completeness and fidelity

Interaction Tracking
