Targeting Capabilities

Mtrix offers 27 powerful targeting options to define your experiment audience:

Demographic Targeting

Target users based on who they are:

  • Location: Country, region, city, or custom geofence

  • Language: Browser language preferences

  • New vs. Returning: First-time visitors or returning users

  • Device: Desktop, tablet, mobile, or specific devices

  • Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.

  • Operating System: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android

Behavioral Targeting

Target users based on what they do:

  • Page Views: Number of pages viewed in current or previous sessions

  • Previous Actions: Specific events completed (e.g., started checkout)

  • Purchase History: Past purchase behavior or product categories

  • Session Depth: How many pages into their session they are

  • Time on Site: Duration of current or cumulative sessions

  • Entry Point: Source, campaign, or landing page

Contextual Targeting

Target based on the current context:
